Support your immune system with powerful anti-microbial remedies from your garden and pantry. Add the following ingredients to 3 cups of water in a saucepan: ✨2 cloves of fresh garlic, finely diced ✨1 Tablespoon fresh ginger root, finely diced ✨1 Tablespoon fresh or dried thyme ✨1 teaspoon cinnamon ✨1 pinch cayenne pepper ✨1 lemon (juice) ✨1 teaspoon Manuka honey (optional) ✨For tummy bugs add: ✨1 teaspoon cloves ✨1 teaspoon aniseed Method: Simmer ingredients for 20 minutes and strain into a cup. Drink 3 cups daily (adult dose) for acute infections and 1 cup daily for immune support. Leave out the garlic, cloves and cayenne if too strong in taste and dilute with more water if needed. Rest well, drink plenty of pure water, avoid refined sugar and processed foods and consider additional high quality supplements including Vitamin C, Vitamin D, Zinc and a probiotic formula to strengthen your gut flora and immune system.
