Here is a a nourishing smoothie recipe to kickstart your day or take to fuel your boardsports session.


Ingredients:

✨Blend banana
✨Kiwi
✨Spinach
✨Ginger root
✨Pea protein
✨Spirulina
✨Chia
✨Hempseed hearts
✨Coconut cream
✨Water


Note:(you don’t need all these ingredients if not accessible).

​Opt for fresh and organic sources where manageable for optimal nutritional benefits including Vitamin C
