Intermediate Tip: This is for the wāhine who feels balanced on their board and looking to challenge their balance even more. It takes some flexibility so remember to warm up and stretch before trying. Instructions:1. A slight downhill gradient helps 2. Use your hands for balance & support 3. Watch hand placement so they don't get squased! 4. Try using different feet. You might find the front foot is easier that the back foot.
